1. Overview
Kriptax ("the Service") is operated by Suray Network. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable US law, including the CCPA. This document covers our privacy practices and legal terms of service.
2. Data Collection & Local Processing
We prioritize privacy. All CSV processing happens locally in your browser. We do not store raw transaction data on our servers. We store account details, aggregated results for reports, and affiliate attribution metadata if applicable.
3. Third-Party Services & Payments
We utilize Google Firebase and PayPal. We never store your credit card info. Payouts for our affiliate program are processed via PayPal and are subject to their specific terms.
4. Affiliate Program: Payouts & Taxes
Per FTC guidelines, affiliates must disclose their relationship with us when promoting the service. Affiliates are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their tax obligations (e.g., 1099 reporting). Payout Terms: Commissions are paid on the 1st of each calendar month (e.g., 01.05.26, 01.06.26) for approved earnings from the previous period, subject to a $50 minimum threshold. Standard PayPal transfer fees are deducted from the payout.
5. No Tax Advice & Responsibility
Kriptax is an automated tool and does not constitute tax or financial advice. You are solely responsible for verifying all calculations before submitting them to the IRS or state authorities. We recommend consulting a certified CPA.
6. Limitation of Liability ("AS IS")
The service is provided "AS IS". Suray Network is not liable for inaccuracies, API downtimes, financial losses, or IRS penalties/audits resulting from software use. Liability is capped at the amount paid for the service.
7. Security
We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. While we implement robust measures, users acknowledge that no digital platform is 100% secure.
8. Cookie Policy
We use strictly necessary cookies and a 30-day affiliate tracking cookie. This cookie identifies the referring partner to credit their account if a purchase is made. We do not sell user data to third parties.
9. Your Rights & Data Retention
CCPA provides rights to access or delete personal data. Upon account deletion via settings, all personal data and calculation history are permanently wiped from our database.
10. Anti-Fraud, Clawbacks & Prohibited Conduct
We enforce a strict Clawback Policy: If a referred user requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be revoked and deducted from your balance. Furthermore, Self-referrals (using your own link to obtain a discount) and Brand Bidding (running PPC ads targeting the 'Kriptax' keyword) are strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all accrued commissions.
