Privacy Policy & Legal Terms

Last updated: April 2026
📋 Pursuant to: PIPEDA Compliance

1. Overview

Kriptax is operated by Suray Network and complies with PIPEDA. This document serves as both our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. Data Processing

Parsing happens locally in your browser. We do not upload raw trade data. We store account profiles, subscription levels, and affiliate referral metadata.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase and PayPal. We do not store financial or credit card info. Affiliate payouts are governed by PayPal's terms.

4. Affiliate Program: Payouts & Taxes

Affiliates are independent contractors and are responsible for reporting all earned income to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Payouts: Commissions are paid on the 1st of every month (e.g., 01.05.26, 01.06.26), subject to a $50 minimum threshold. PayPal transfer fees will be deducted from your payout.

5. No Tax Advice

Kriptax is an analytical tool and does not provide professional tax advice. You must verify all Schedule 3 filings before submitting them to the CRA.

6. Limitation of Liability

Provided "AS IS". We are not liable for calculation inaccuracies, financial losses, or CRA penalties/audits. Liability is capped at the fee paid.

7. Security & Cookies

We use SSL encryption and strictly necessary cookies. We also deploy a 30-day attribution cookie solely for the referral program.

8. Your Rights & Retention

You may access or correct your info at any time. Account deletion wipes all personal and historical calculation data permanently.

9. Waiver of Withdrawal

By purchasing a subscription, you consent to immediate digital access and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of cancellation or refund.

10. Clawbacks & Prohibited Conduct

We enforce a Clawback Policy: commissions from refunds or chargebacks will be reversed and deducted from your balance. Self-referrals and Brand Bidding (bidding on the 'Kriptax' trademark in PPC campaigns) are prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
