1. Overview
Kriptax is operated by Suray Network. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. Data Collection
All trade processing occurs locally in your browser. We store only account details, subscription information, and affiliate metadata.
3. Third-Party Providers
We engage Google Firebase and PayPal. Your credit card details are never stored by us. Payouts are managed securely via PayPal.
4. Affiliate Program: Payouts & Taxes
Referral participants are independent contractors. Commission earners are responsible for their own GST and Income Tax reporting to the ATO. Payouts: Paid on the 1st of each calendar month (e.g., 01.05.26, 01.06.26), with a minimum threshold of $50 (or equivalent). PayPal fees are deducted from the payout.
5. No Financial Advice
Kriptax does not provide financial or taxation advice. Verify all CGT calculations before lodgment with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
6. Limitation of Liability
Provided on an "AS IS" basis. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Suray Network disclaims liability for inaccuracies or ATO fines.
7. Security & Cookies
We take steps under APP 11 to protect data using encryption. We use essential cookies and a 30-day referral attribution cookie.
8. Your Rights & Deletion
You may access or correct data under APPs 12 and 13. You can permanently delete your account and data via the platform settings at any time.
9. Waiver of Withdrawal
Kriptax is an immediately accessible digital service. Upon payment, the service is rendered, and standard cooling-off periods for refunds do not apply.
10. Clawback Policy & Misuse Ban
Under our Clawback Policy, commissions attached to refunded or charged-back transactions will be deducted from your account. Self-referral practices and Brand Bidding (PPC advertising using the 'Kriptax' name) are strictly forbidden. Breaching these terms results in instant forfeiture of commissions and account ban.
